Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchange:
1. Eligibility:
- Items eligible for exchange must be in unused and original condition with all tags intact.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. Exchange Options:
- Customers have two options for initiating an exchange:
a. Courier Exchange: Customers can choose to send the item back to us using their preferred local courier service at their own expense.
b. Pickup Service: Customers can opt for our pickup service, where we arrange a pickup from their address. This service incurs a fee of Rs.300, which covers the cost of return shipping and processing.
3. Procedure:
- To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team through our website or by email/phone.
- Provide the order number, details of the item to be exchanged, and reason for exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide customers on the next steps based on their chosen exchange method.
4. Condition of Returned Item:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for exchange.
5. Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.
- Exchange processing typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
6. Exchange Restrictions:
- Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or manufacturer restrictions. Please check the product description for exchange eligibility before making a purchase.
7. Refund Policy:
- We do not offer cash refunds for exchanged items. Customers will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item, minus any applicable fees.

We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or by call. Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
